



The Emmett Till Historic Intrepid Center which is also known as the E.T.H.I.C. Museum is a dedicated cultural and educational institution committed to preserving the life, legacy, and enduring impact of Emmett Till. This museum was established in August of 2005 by Mayor Johnny B. Thomas.The E.T.H.I.C. Museum houses educational information about the past atrocities in hopes to make a brighter future and allow the healing to continue. This museum is the first and only museum dedicated solely to Emmett Till.
The Emmett Till Historic Intrepid Center (ETHIC). Located in the heart of Glendora, Mississippi, the museum serves as a powerful reminder of the injustices that shaped American history and a vital space for truth-telling, reflection, and community learning. This Museum isn't just an ordinary museum. It is a living museum. Which means that this museum is changing all the time. This museum was also once a cotton gin that was owned by J.W. Milam (one of Emmett's abductors).
